Logistics can be tedious and, dare we say it, boring; however, they can’t be ignored and should never be underestimated. If the logistics of your wedding are wrong it could throw out the whole day, affecting your guests’ experience and the suppliers’ ability to provide their services – let alone your blood pressure.

The Planner will gently scrutinise your timings while taking into account the location of your wedding and the venue you have chosen. This involves understanding where your ceremony will be in relation to your reception, how many guests you are moving from A to B. Do you want a receiving line? Is a room turnover needed and where will you be while it happens? Cold or hot starter? Cold or hot pudding? Grazing or plated? Cake? Speeches, three or more, at tables or during your reception? Send off? Confetti or sparkler moment? The list is endless and these examples are just a few of the many logistical elements to take into consideration.
